IP held still and the hygienist was finished cleaning in less than 15 minutes. He especially loved wearing headphones and watching TV. IP wasn't as chatty and didn't make any grand statements this trip because he had dental tools in his mouth. He he. IP says he likes Ms. Julie, our hygienist, so it looks like future visits will be a breeze!

WOW! What a brave boy!! I have to be sedated to sit in the dentists' chair - my parents scarred me for life as a teen.
Thanks so much for the memories comment! Good times! I remember all of those, too... and I forwarded it on to the rest of the fam and they got a big kick out of it.
Let's see... my memory's so spotty these days...
When I think of my friend, Melanie, I think of Pat Benatar and hanging out with such a grown-up friend who had her OWN room! I remember your mom, Judy, and how cool she was and how you had such a great relationship with each other. I remember how you used to make trips to The Netherlands and would always bring me back the neatest little things - and I still have a lot of them, too - one little purple flower box sits on my nightstand right now. I remember a lot of goofing off and being silly! I also remember that YOU taught me about the birds and the bees!! We watched "Risky Business" at your house once when your mom was gone... and I naively asked you what they were doing... and you spelled it out for me! :) Thank goodness you did, b/c my parents never talked about it with us!! LOL!
Aaahh... sweet, sweet memories!
I don't remember the the birds and the bees talk and the risky business thing at all. Are you sure? I don't remember having cable? hmmm... Oh well, glad I get the credit. :)
