"I've always wanted Twinkies for a long time," exclaimed IP after inspection of his Easter basket and bringing each item to us to admire. There's a scene in the movie WALL-E where the cockroach is fed a Twinkie by the robot WALL-E. I had to explain the humor in a roach and a Twinkie surviving on Earth for 700 plus years after mankind abandons the planet. The explanation was a bit over his head. Needless to say, IP wanted to try Twinkies, so the Easter Bunny put them in his basket. We went over to Grandma's for Easter lunch. IP didn't do too well at the egg hunt the previous day, so we had another one at Grandma's. Then, Dad and I left for the evening to celebrate our sixth anniversary at the Morrissey concert. It was a busy day!
